TSUKUNE YAKITORI WITH INDONESIAN SAMBAL LUAT

Ingredients

Sambal LUAT
  • 200 gr chili padi
  • 30 gr shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp lime juie
  • 1 sdt sugar
  • 3 clove of shallots
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • salt to taste
  • 2 stalk of scallion

Methods

  1. follow the tsukune recipe
  2. with a mortar pound the chili padi until it become a smooth texture ( you can use a blender, i prefer the chili with texture.
  3. slice the sahllots, tomato, scallion and the coriander leaves  and mix all together. add the lime juice and the shrimp paste, mix with the chili well
  4. and serve on top of tsukune.
