Simple Korean Ramen


  • 1 package of Korean ramyeon
  • 2½ cups water
  • 1 egg boiled
  • 1 shiitake mushroom sliced
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 40 gr sliced beef
  • 1 small clove garlic small chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ready kimchi, optional



  • boiled your egg first for 5 minutes then immerse to a very cold icy water for another 5-7 minutes, result soft boiled eggs
  • sautéed onion, then add the mushroom put it aside
  • sautéed the kimchi with little bit of oil, put aside
  • sauce garlic and then add the sliced beef, put aside
  • on a bowl set the noodle powder, add sesame oil and then boiled the noodle as instructions, place the cooked noodle on the bowl and mix well
  • Plate the ramen,  mixed then sliced beef with the ready ramen, and add the sautéed kimchi last, Place the mushroom and boiled egg on top and drizzle with green onion, SERVE
