Pepper and Lemon Fried Lamb Chops
INGREDIENTS
- Coriander Powder 1tbsp
- chilli pdr 1 tbsp
- curd 3tbsp
- Fresh Coriander Leaves 1tbsp
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- lamb chops 10
- Lemon Juice 20ml
- maida 1tbsp
- pepper pdr 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- sugar 1tsp
- vinegar 2tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a bowl add curd, red chilli powder, pepper, salt, vinegar, sugar, coriander powder, coriander leaves, lime, flour and mix well.
- Now add this mixture to lamb chops and mix well and let them marinate for 30mins.
- Take a non stick pan add oil to it then add the marinated chops into the pan evenly and cook for 5 min and turn over and close with a lid cook in very low flame for at least 20 -30 min keep turning in between.
- Cook till they become tender and golden brown colour.
- Serve hot.
