Martabak Manis Spesial Keju
INGREDIENTS
- 300 gr flour
- 1 package dry yeast
- 500 grams of fresh milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 50 g sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Butter to taste
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Sweetened condensed milk to taste
- Grated cheese to taste

Bahan – bahan:
- 300 gr tepung terigu
- 1 bungkus ragi roti kering
- 500 gr susu segar
- 1 bungkus baking powder
- 3 butir telur ayam
- ¼ sdt vanila
- 50 gr gula pasir
- ½ sdt garam
- Mentega secukupnya
Bahan – bahan untuk isi:
- 1 sdm gula pasir halus
- 1 sdm margarin
- Susu kental manis secukupnya
- Keju parut secukupnya
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sift flour and baking powder, add sugar, vanilla, salt, and yeast. Stir until well blended
- Add the eggs and stir well. Add the milk gradually, stirring with a low speed mixer. Continue stirring until the dough is smooth (about 10 minutes)
- Allow the dough for at least 1 hour
- Heat the butter in a round baking pan until liquid
- Reduce the heat, pour the mixture and wait until half cooked (time is short, it appears the steam out of the surface)
- Sprinkle sugar, closed until cooked. Basting with margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
- Cook again briefly approximately 2 minutes, remove from heat. Fold up to form a semi-circle.
- Cut and serve.

- Ayak terigu dan baking powder, masukan gula, vanili, garam, dan ragi. Aduk hingga tercampur rata
- Masukkan telur, aduk rata. Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk dengan mixer berkecepatan rendah. Terus aduk hingga adonan licin (sekitar 10 menit)
- Diamkan adonan selama minimal 1 jam
- Panaskan mentega pada loyang bulat hingga cair
- Kecilkan api, tuangkan campuran bahan dan tunggu hingga setengah matang(waktunya singkat, tampak uap keluar dari permukaan)
- Taburkan gula, tutup sampai matang. Olesi margarin, taburi keju parut dan susu kental manis.
- Masak lagi sebentar kurang lebih 2 menit, angkat. Lipat hingga membentuk setengah lingkaran.
- Potong – potong, sajikan.
