Marie Regal strawberry mousse


  • 2 box of fresh strawberry
  • 1 sachet of Jello or strawberry jel
  • 3/4 up of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cup of whipping cream
For the Cream Cheese
  • 50 gr of cream cheese
  • 25 gr of fine sugar


  • 12 pcs of Marie regal biscuits or any other biscuits
  • fresh strawberry for garnish



  • crush the strawberry with forks, I Prefer the strawberry with texture
  • strain the strawberry, and separate the juice, cook until mixed well then when its becoming quite cold add the jell, put it aside
  • add the sugar to the strawberry pulp, and place them on the chiller let it rest and let the sugar dissolve to the pulp all together
  • beat the cream until it become a high peak
  • then mix strawberry juice with water, then add the strawberry pulp to the juice, mixed it well.
  • then you add the whipping cream to the strawberry mixture, put it back in the chiller
  • prepare the Marie regal, spread it on the thin cake pan, press the Marie regal until it become quite settle
  • prepare the cream cheese mix. blend well together with sugar until it has a smooth texture
  • take out the chilled strawberry mixture mix it well with the cream cheese mix, then pour the mixture to the top of Marie regal mixture
  • After the mousse is frozen, remove it from the freezer. Set chesse cream on top of the mousse, arrange marie regal powder on cheese cream. Garnish with fresh strawberries as garnishes.
  • Freeze back Strawberry Mousse in the freezer for at least 1 hour. After 1 hour it is ready to be served
