Macaroni Schotel


  • 250 g corn elbow macaroni (i prefer spagettini)
  • 120 ml milk
  • 250g corned beef
  • 100 gr smoked beef cut to small pieces
  • 10 large size eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • shredded cheddar cheese for topping


  • Put shredded cheese on the top
  • Bake it in the oven 350 F for 50-60 minutes


  • Boiled pasta, drained it
  • Turn on stove, put butter on the pan, add corned beef, milk, turn down temperature, put pasta, salt and pepper, stir all together
  • If you want, you can add carrot or green peas
  • Put the pasta mixture on the separate pasta, leave it aside for 15 minutes
  • Whisk eggs and put salt
  • Over pasta mix with eggs
