Macaroni Schotel
Serves 8 ACTIVE TIME: 40 minutes COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 g corn elbow macaroni (i prefer spagettini)
- 120 ml milk
- 250g corned beef
- 100 gr smoked beef cut to small pieces
- 10 large size eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese for topping
- Put shredded cheese on the top
- Bake it in the oven 350 F for 50-60 minutes
Directions
- Boiled pasta, drained it
- Turn on stove, put butter on the pan, add corned beef, milk, turn down temperature, put pasta, salt and pepper, stir all together
- If you want, you can add carrot or green peas
- Put the pasta mixture on the separate pasta, leave it aside for 15 minutes
- Whisk eggs and put salt
- Over pasta mix with eggs
