JINGGO RICE (Nasi Jinggo)

INGREDIENTS

Rice Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of rice
  • 450 ml of water

Material serundeng:

  • 200 grams grated coconut rough
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil for sauteing

Subtle Seasonings:

  • 4 pieces of curly red chili
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 grains of red onion

Ingredients Dry Tempe:

  • 200 g tempeh, cut into pieces, fried
  • 50 grams of peanut, fried
  • 2 large red chilies, seeds removed, sliced oblique, fried
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 pieces of lime leaves, bones removed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar comb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind water, (from 1 teaspoon tamarind and 11 tablespoon oil for sauteing)

Supplementary Material:

Shreded Chicken (or AYAM PALALAH) or you can exchange this to deep fried chicken
