GRILLED SALMON WITH MANGO SALSA
Ingredients
- 150 gr salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lime
Mango Salsa
- 80 gr mangoes - diced
- ½ red pepper - diced
- ½ red onion - diced
- 1 small jalapeño - seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup packed cilantro leaves - roughly chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
