Green Chili Squid


  • Salted squid 250 grams, boiled until soft, clean
  • 8 pieces of green chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 4 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cm of ginger sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 10 gr of sugar (for flavour)
  • Cooking oil



  • Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add green chilli, ginger and then salted squid
  • Add soy sauce and tomato sauce, stir in all the ingredients until fragrant add the seasoning pepper and salt (here i don’t use salt as the squid are quite salty enough)
  • Served with hot steaming rice and drizzle with cilantro leaves
