Green Chili Squid
Succulent taste and great fragrant, one of the best and the easiest recipe, but full of great spices
INGREDIENTS
- Salted squid 250 grams, boiled until soft, clean
- 8 pieces of green chili, sliced oblique
- 4 red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cm of ginger sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- 10 gr of sugar (for flavour)
- Cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add green chilli, ginger and then salted squid
- Add soy sauce and tomato sauce, stir in all the ingredients until fragrant add the seasoning pepper and salt (here i don’t use salt as the squid are quite salty enough)
- Served with hot steaming rice and drizzle with cilantro leaves
