INGREDIENTS
- 350 gr of Flour with high protein
- 150 gr of flour with medium protein
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cloves of garlic (sautee) then finely crushed
- salt for tasting
- 350 ml water more less (to add the water, recommend to add them gradually until you received a good dough)
The Sauce:
- 200 ml water
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 red chili (birds eye chili)
- 4 small chilies (red)
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablepoon vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and mix them well
- then add the water gradually and mix with your hand until it blended and have this smooth tr
- texture, let it stand for at least 1/2 hour - 1 hour until fluffy
- the dough is ready to be formed
The Sauce:
Blend all the ingredients together, and cooked the ingredients while add the water. Make sure all the ingredients all well cooked.. before you add the water.
