  • 350 gr of Flour with high protein
  • 150 gr of flour with medium protein
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic (sautee) then finely crushed
  • salt for tasting
  • 350 ml water more less (to add the water, recommend to add them gradually until you received a good dough)


The Sauce:

  • 200 ml water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 red chili (birds eye chili)
  • 4 small chilies (red)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablepoon vinegar


  • Mix all the dry ingredients together and mix them well
  • then add the water gradually and mix with your hand until it blended and have this smooth tr
  • texture, let it stand for at least 1/2 hour - 1 hour until fluffy
  • the dough is ready to be formed

The Sauce:

Blend all the ingredients together, and cooked the ingredients while add the water. Make sure all the ingredients all well cooked.. before you add the water.
