INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams of squid the size of a small
- 3 stems of basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon sour
- 125 cc of water
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper

- The Paste:
- 2 pieces of red chilli
- 1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
- 4 items hazelnut
- ½ tsp shrimp paste
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 pieces of red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate squid with lime juice, let stand briefly
