Pepper and Lemon Fried Lamb Chops


  • Coriander Powder 1tbsp
  • chilli pdr 1 tbsp
  • curd 3tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves 1tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • lamb chops 10
  • Lemon Juice 20ml
  • maida 1tbsp
  • pepper pdr 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • sugar 1tsp
  • vinegar 2tbsp

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add curd, red chilli powder, pepper, salt, vinegar, sugar, coriander powder, coriander leaves, lime, flour and mix well.
  • Now add this mixture to lamb chops and mix well and let them marinate for 30mins.
  • Take a non stick pan add oil to it then add the marinated chops into the pan evenly and cook for 5 min and turn over and close with a lid cook in very low flame for at least 20 -30 min keep turning in between.
  • Cook till they become tender and golden brown colour.
  • Serve hot.
