Martabak Manis Spesial Keju


300 gr flour

1 package dry yeast

500 grams of fresh milk

1 packet of baking powder

3 eggs

¼ tsp vanilla

50 g sugar

½ tsp salt

Butter to taste

Ingredients for Martabak:

1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

1 tablespoon margarine

Sweetened condensed milk to taste

Grated cheese to taste

Translate to Indonesia:
Bahan – bahan:
  1. 300 gr tepung terigu
  2. 1 bungkus ragi roti kering
  3. 500 gr susu segar
  4. 1 bungkus baking powder
  5. 3 butir telur ayam
  6. ¼ sdt vanila
  7. 50 gr gula pasir
  8. ½ sdt garam
  9. Mentega secukupnya
Bahan – bahan untuk isi:
  1. 1 sdm gula pasir halus
  2. 1 sdm margarin
  3. Susu kental manis secukupnya
  4. Keju parut secukupnya

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and baking powder, add sugar, vanilla, salt, and yeast. Stir until well blended
  2. Add the eggs and stir well. Add the milk gradually, stirring with a low speed mixer. Continue stirring until the dough is smooth (about 10 minutes)
  3. Allow the dough for at least 1 hour
  4. Heat the butter in a round baking pan until liquid
  5. Reduce the heat, pour the mixture and wait until half cooked (time is short, it appears the steam out of the surface)
  6. Sprinkle sugar, closed until cooked. Basting with margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
  7. Cook again briefly approximately 2 minutes, remove from heat. Fold up to form a semi-circle.
  8. Cut and serve.

Translate to Indonesia:

  1. Ayak terigu dan baking powder, masukan gula, vanili, garam, dan ragi. Aduk hingga tercampur rata
  2. Masukkan telur, aduk rata. Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk dengan mixer berkecepatan rendah. Terus aduk hingga adonan licin (sekitar 10 menit)
  3. Diamkan adonan selama minimal 1 jam
  4. Panaskan mentega pada loyang bulat hingga cair
  5. Kecilkan api, tuangkan campuran bahan dan tunggu hingga setengah matang(waktunya singkat, tampak uap keluar dari permukaan)
  6. Taburkan gula, tutup sampai matang. Olesi margarin, taburi keju parut dan susu kental manis.
  7. Masak lagi sebentar kurang lebih 2 menit, angkat. Lipat hingga membentuk setengah lingkaran.
  8. Potong – potong, sajikan.
