Sour and Spicy Lamb Soup


350 grams of mutton pieces were  (i used lamb shank for this recipe)

4 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing

3 stalks lemongrass, flatten

4 sheets of orange leaves

2 limes, take the water

2 items kandis acid

salt and sugar to taste

2 liters of water

1 thumb galangal, flatten

puree:

6 cloves of garlic, mashed

1 mom ginger, puree

8 red onions, puree

Instructions

  • Marinate goat meat with lime juice and salt, let stand for 30 minutes, rinse again and then coat the wash goat lamb with the blend pure mix, you need to mix well and let stand for another 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse after you let it rest, Sauteed spiced goat meat with lime leaves, galangal, and lemongrass until lamb changes color.
  • Add water and kandis acid, stir well and cover the pan until cooked and tender goat meat.
  • Serve while hot.
