Cakalang Woku Kakap (Snapper) with Sour Cream

 

 


Woku Recipes I

  • Red snapper
  • 2sdm lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the Paste
  • Yummy Sour Cream
  • 8 red chillies, cut into pieces
  • Turmeric, cut into pieces of 5cm
  • Ginger, cut into pieces as big as 5cm
  • Galangal, cut into pieces of 5 cm
  • 10 spring onions, cut into pieces
  • 2 pecan
  • 2 lemongrass leaves, dikeprek
  • 2 cloves onions, cut into pieces
  • 1 pandan leaves (optional)
  • Basil leaves
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped coarse
  • 2 lime leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 100ml water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Woku Tuna Recipes II

Ingredients:

  • 1 tail tuna, clean
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 leeks, sliced a small
  • 2 turmeric leaves
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 10 leaves of lemon
  • 4 plum tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cooking oil
  • sufficient water

Seasoning Mashed:

  • 10 spring onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 vertebra turmeric, grilled
  • 4 grains of nutmeg, roasted
  • 1 vertebra ginger
  • 20 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 20 pieces of red chilli
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Enter the chilli, onion, ginger, onion, ginger, hazelnuts in a food processor until the mixture thickens

How to make:

  1. Clean the tuna and then coat with salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, sauté the crushed spices until fragrant.
  3. add turmeric leaf, lemon grass, lime leaves and pandan leaves, stir, allow it to wilt and enter seasoning tuna, stir until well blended seasonings, then give 75 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
  4. After boiling add the tomatoes and onions, reduce heat, and cook until fish is cooked.
  5. Prior to this , add salt and stir well.
  6. Remove and serve.
