Basil Green Chilli Chicken


  • ½ broiler chickens
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil, for frying

Ingredients for paste:

  • 4 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 large green chilies
  • 5 pieces of green chili
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 3 eggs hazelnut
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 1 stalk lemon grass, sliced crushed
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 piece of onion, finely sliced
  • 3 sprigs of basil, take leaves

Instructions

  1. Diced chicken, then coat with lime juice and salt. Set aside.
  2. Sautee the ingredients are mashed together with lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked.
  3. Enter the chicken meat, water, and green onion pan cover tightly and cook over low heat until the chicken is tender. Enter basil leaves, stir until wilted. Lift.
