Chicken Woku Belanga


1 whole chicken

2 pcs lime, take the juice

1 teaspoon salt

Oil, for frying

Ground Spices:

5 red onions

5 pieces of red chili sauce

10 pieces of curly red pepper

2 cm turmeric

2 cm ginger

4 grains of walnut

Water

4 stalks lemongrass, crushed

2 tomatoes, sliced

6 lime leaves

salt

1 tablespoon sugar

2 leeks, sliced 1 cm

2 bunches of basil, picking leaves

2 sheet pandan leaves

2 sheet turmeric leaves

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam
2 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
1 sdt garam
minyak, untuk menumis
Bumbu Halus:
5 butir bawang merah
5 buah cabai rawit merah
10 buah cabe merah keriting
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
4 butir kemiri
air
4 batang serai, memarkan
2 buah tomat, iris
6 lembar daun jeruk
garam
1 sdm gula pasir
2 batang daun bawang, iris 1 cm
2 ikat kemangi, petik daunnya
2 lmbr daun pandan
2 lmbr daun kunyit

Instructions

  1. Chopped chicken, then coat with lime juice and salt. Set aside.
  2. Sautee ground spices together lemongrass until fragrant and cooked.
  3. Add the chicken and water and stir well.
  4. Add tomatoes, pandan leaves, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, salt, and sugar.
  5. Stir well, cover.
  6. Cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked and the water is shrinking. Add chives and basil, stir until wilted, remove from heat.

Cara Membuat:

  1. Potong-potong ayam, kemudian lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus bersama serai sampai harum dan matang.
  3. Masukkan ayam dan air, aduk rata.
  4. Tambahkan tomat,daun pandan,daun kunyit, daun jeruk, garam, dan gula.
  5. Aduk rata, tutup.
  6. Masak dengan api kecil sampai ayam matang dan air menyusut. Masukkan daun bawang dan kemangi, aduk sampai layu, angkat.
